Back glass is not one size fits all
On a car it’s the rear window behind the back seat. On an SUV, hatchback or wagon it’s the window in the tailgate or hatch. On a pickup it’s the window behind the cab, and it may slide open. Your year, make and model tell us which one you have.

Also tell us whether the window is cracked, shattered or missing. If something else seems off, like a defroster that stopped working, mention that too so we can tell glass problems apart from electrical ones.
Until we get to you
If the glass is missing, heavy plastic taped over the opening keeps rain and snow out. Take care with loose glass in the trunk or cargo area.

Yes. For a same-day install, book by 2 PM and we’ll confirm your time with you. Online times start tomorrow, so for same-day please call or text us.
Do I pay before the appointment?
No. You pay after the work is done, by card, cash or e-transfer. The one exception is when your glass has to be ordered in. In that case we take a small deposit.
