When you need a replacement
A cracked windshield and a small stone chip need different fixes. If your windshield has a crack, it needs to be replaced. We don’t repair cracks. If the damage is a chip, we’ll tell you whether a repair makes sense or whether a replacement is the better call.

Matching the glass to your vehicle
A replacement windshield has to match your vehicle’s glass, including any rain sensor, camera mounting area or head-up display. Your year, make, model and VIN help us pick the right one.
If your vehicle has a camera or other driver-assist features, tell us when you book so we can plan the job properly.
Where do I find my VIN?
Your VIN is 17 letters and numbers. You’ll usually find it in one of these places:
- On the dashboard, in the bottom corner of the windshield on the driver’s side. Stand outside and look in.
- On the sticker on the driver’s door frame.
- On your registration or your insurance card.

How a replacement goes

- We give you a quote and a time. For same-day, book by 2 PM and we’ll confirm with you.
- We install it at our Airdrie shop, at our Calgary Downtown location, or at your place.
- You can drive away safely 30 minutes after the install. You pay once the work is done.
Included with every replacement
Warranty on the install. Your replacement comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the same vehicle: if a leak, wind noise or whistling shows up because of the install, we fix it free of charge. A crack from installation pressure in the first 24 hours is covered under warranty.
Six months of free chip repair at our shop locations, for new chips anywhere on the glass.

Is there a warranty on the install?
Yes. Your replacement comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the same vehicle: if a leak, wind noise or whistling shows up because of the install, we fix it free of charge. If your new windshield cracks from installation pressure within 24 hours, it’s covered under warranty. You also get six months of free chip repair at our shop locations, and it covers new chips anywhere on the glass.
Can a cracked windshield be repaired?
Usually not. Small chips can often be repaired, but anything bigger than a loonie usually can’t, and most cracks fall into that group, so the windshield needs to be replaced. Send us a photo and we’ll tell you honestly which one you need.

Can you come to me?
Yes. Mobile windshield replacement is available across Calgary, Airdrie and the surrounding towns. A mobile fee applies, and we include it in your quote.
