Can you replace my windshield today?
Yes. For a same-day install, book by 2 PM and we’ll confirm your time with you. Online times start tomorrow, so for same-day please call or text us.
How long until I can drive?
You can drive away safely 30 minutes after the install.
Do I pay before the appointment?
No. You pay after the work is done, by card, cash or e-transfer. The one exception is when your glass has to be ordered in. In that case we take a small deposit.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
Not right now. Call your insurance company first and get their approval, then book with us.
Do you repair cracks?
No. We repair rock chips and we replace windshields. If your windshield has a crack, we’ll replace it.
Is there a warranty on the install?
Yes. Your replacement comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty for as long as you own the same vehicle: if a leak, wind noise or whistling shows up because of the install, we fix it free of charge. If your new windshield cracks from installation pressure within 24 hours, it’s covered under warranty. You also get six months of free chip repair at our shop locations, and it covers new chips anywhere on the glass.
Can you come to me?
Yes. Mobile windshield replacement is available across Calgary, Airdrie and the surrounding towns. A mobile fee applies, and we include it in your quote.

At our Airdrie shop and our Calgary Downtown location. Call or text to book a time. More about rock chip repair.
Another shop quoted me less. Can you match it?
Send it over. We’ll do our best to match it. We can’t promise every time, but we will always take a look.
Are you open on Sundays?
Calgary Downtown takes appointments on Sundays, 10 AM to 5 PM. Our Airdrie shop and mobile service book Monday to Saturday. We answer messages 24/7, including Sundays.
What are your hours?
Airdrie shop and mobile service: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM.
Calgary Downtown, by appointment: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM.
My windshield has a camera or rain sensor. Does that matter?
It does, so tell us when you book. Windshields can include a rain sensor, a camera near the mirror or a head-up display, and the new glass has to match. Your year, make, model and VIN help us pick the right one. Read more about sensors, cameras and head-up displays.
Where do I find my VIN?
Your VIN is 17 letters and numbers. Look through the bottom corner of the windshield on the driver’s side, on the sticker on the driver’s door frame, or on your registration and insurance papers. No VIN handy? Your year, make and model works too.
What other auto glass do you replace?
Besides windshields, we replace door glass, back glass, quarter glass, vent glass, sunroof glass and side mirrors. Tell us your year, make and model and which glass is damaged, and we’ll give you a quote and a time.

Do you work in Olds?
Yes. Olds is local mobile service, by appointment only, and we come to you. In Olds we replace windshields and the rest of your vehicle’s glass. We don’t offer chip repair there. Call 403-713-0536 to book. Olds appointments run the same hours as our Airdrie shop.
Where do you serve?
We have shops in Airdrie and Calgary Downtown, and our mobile service comes to your home or workplace across Calgary, Airdrie and the towns around them, including Okotoks, Cochrane, Chestermere, Balzac, Crossfield, Irricana and Beiseker.
